*THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY INTERNATIONALLY ON SEPTEMBER 6TH AT 12PM PACIFIC TIME, ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL SALE*

Please note all ticket sales will include a package shipped out to you with the custom materials needed to complete the class. Both ticket options will include the following items:

  • 6 custom hand blended paints by artist 
  • A 11 x 14 inch canvas to paint your piece
  • A paint palette
  • A set of paintbrushes

VIP TICKET PURCHASER DIFFERENCE IS THAT A FREE PAINT THE WORLD CYBER TIE-DYE TEE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THEIR ORDER. Please specify tee size in order notes at checkout.

MATERIALS NEEDED THAT ARE NOT INCLUDED:

  • Primary acrylic paint colors: yellow, red, and blue (any brand, any size you just need a tiny amount of these shades)
  • Napkins
  • A water cup to clean your paint brushes
  • A computer, digital device or phone to stream the class from

The painting class will be held via ZOOM and the link to join the class will be emailed over closer to the exact date of the class. You will have the option to opt in with your camera in the group session. Class will be instructed by Giselle Ibarra.

For international shipping, please note there are two separate shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping will take 7-21 days to arrive, the cut off date to purchase a ticket with this option is Aug 5th to ensure materials arrive on time. We HIGHLY suggest selecting a quicker shipping option at checkout to secure the materials needed prior to the class. If items do not arrive prior to date of event due to issues with USPS or UPS - no refunds will be issued. 

*Disclosure - custom hand blended paint tubes by artist will not arrive full, there will be enough paint provided in each tube to complete the class*

VIP Ticket purchase tees will be made to order and shipped SEPARATELY, not with the art package.

When you order an item that is listed as "pre-order" it signifies the product is not yet in actual stock rather you are placing an order for an item that is currently being produced. Date of actual product arrival varies and it can take longer for some items to process. For all items in this category we kindly ask that you give us an additional grace period of 6-11 weeks solely for production time.

Please note: This timeframe does not include actual shipping / delivery date. 

All pre-order purchases will be updated bi-weekly with estimated completion timelines. Our production time excludes shipping time/delivery time. While all products sold as "pre-order" have estimated production periods of 6-11 weeks, these periods exclude us having the actual item in stock and ready to ship. We will make sure to update you via email, once our production period has been completed and the item ordered has been shipped our way.

All items sold as pre-order are guaranteed to be shipped. A tracking link will be issued via email once your item has been shipped out.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 


Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping and handling. Please note actual delivery date varies by destination and your countries custom regulation/policies. We are not liable for any custom fees or additional shipping charges you may encounter once order has arrived at destination. 


For USPS tracking links please allow 7-21 days for package travel/arrival.


For UPS tracking links please allow 5-7 days for package travel/arrival.

LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS


Please note we are not liable for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after.  Please contact shipping carrier to initiate a missing mail search request.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERED


Clouds fulfillment varies. Please note that some items may arrive in separate packages due to fulfillment location and or item measurement. If you have received some of the items you ordered and not others, please know that they are not lost or forgotten.
